However it typically involves checking the individual components, inspecting and replacing the filters, cleaning the vents and ductwork, and carrying out performance monitoring using specialist tools.
What's the difference between planned and reactive maintenance?
Planned preventative maintenance (or PPM) is proactive maintenance you carry out on a regular basis to reduce the risk of your ventilation system breaking down.
Reactive maintenance takes place when you identify an issue with your ventilation system.
Planned maintenance is ideal, but there may be some circumstances where reactive maintenance is unavoidable.
