Do you cover call-outs and breakdowns?

Yes, we provide emergency call-outs, meaning we can be with you as soon as possible if your ventilation system breaks down.

Planned preventative maintenance (or PPM) is proactive maintenance you carry out on a regular basis to reduce the risk of your ventilation system breaking down.

Reactive maintenance takes place after you identify an issue with your ventilation system.

Reactive maintenance has lower initial costs, as you only use our services when you need them. It’s also easier to implement and requires less planning.

We cover the entire south of England, including London, Hampshire, Berkshire, and Surrey.

Yes, absolutely! We can provide mechanical services as part of our installations, including but not limited to; LPHW, Chilled Water, 2 & 4 Pipe Systems, Chilled Beams and VRF/VRV/DX AC systems.
